PC-AC Series Air Cooled Type Industrial Cold Water Machine

Scope of Application

Low temperature freezer is a new generation of low-temperature freezer equipment carefully designed and developed by Manster Company for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biotechnology. Its temperature range can be adjusted freely between -30 degrees and+5 degrees. The compressor is an imported compressor with sufficient cooling capacity and complete specifications, making it a model of the new generation of refrigeration equipment.

    Design advantages

    1. High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Design

    Equipped with imported scroll compressors and high-efficiency heat exchange tubes, the unit features a compact structure and a small footprint. The fully enclosed scroll compressor has fewer moving parts and flexible operation, offering 20%-30% higher energy efficiency compared to traditional reciprocating compressors. It operates with low noise, minimal vibration, and excellent stability, enabling pulse-free continuous operation.

    2. Intelligent Load Adjustment

    The adaptive energy control system monitors real-time thermal load changes on the client side and intelligently adjusts output power. Through precise microcomputer calculations of the difference between actual load and set values, it optimizes energy consumption during multi-system collaboration, ensuring high efficiency under both full and partial load conditions.

    3. User-Friendly Interface

    Features a dual-display (Chinese/numeric) microcomputer controller with a touch-operated panel and clear menu guidance. Real-time operation status and parameters are displayed, with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C (optional ±0.1°C) and an adjustable range of 5-50°C. Easy operation for non-professionals, making it ideal for healthcare and other specialized environments.

    4. Comprehensive Safety Protection

    Integrated multi-protection systems include compressor overcurrent protection, pump overload protection, low water flow protection, ultra-high water temperature protection, voltage anomaly protection, high/low pressure protection, and start-stop frequency protection, ensuring safe operation.

    5. Multi-Layered Safety Assurance

    In addition to the compressor’s built-in protection module, the unit is equipped with complete electrical protection and refrigeration system monitoring, providing comprehensive safeguards against phase loss, over/under voltage, overload, and more.

    6. Eco-Friendly and Quiet Operation

    System-optimized design significantly reduces operational noise. Air-cooled models can be used directly without cooling towers or pumps, meeting environmental standards and enabling flexible installation.

    7. Plug-and-Play

    Pre-assembled, performance-tested, and pre-charged with refrigerant before leaving the factory. Users only need to connect water and electrical pipelines for quick deployment, greatly reducing installation and commissioning time.

    Notes

    1. Cooling capacity is based on: chilled water inlet and outlet water temperature 12℃/7℃, the cooling air inlet temperature of 30℃/35℃.

    2. Scope of work: chilled water temperature range: 5℃ to 35℃; chilled water out of the water temperature:3℃ to 18℃.

    In condensing he ambient temperature is not higher than 35℃ using(non standard chilled ambient temperature maximum temperature of 5℃, need too order production).

    These models can be customized according to customer to produce custom-made.
