      Product Application

      Applicable for micro-tensioning slitting of breathable film, plastic film such as PE, TPU, BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, BOPS, PP, PVC, various composite film and metallic film.

      Performance Characteristics

      • Winding by precise air puffing-slip axis, automatic control of tension and contact rolls pressure (adjusted by proportioner).

      • Traction: Constant line speed control.

      • Unwinding automatically, electric and pneumatic clamping by high precision and heavy chuck, it equipped with a lifting function.

      • Edge recycling mode: closed loop tension control flat edge winding system and edge blowing system.

      • All rollers are active roll eliminating the effect of roller resistance on the tension.

      • LPC & EPC (follow-up with the line), CCD camera static automatic correction system.
