Product application
Applicable for micro-tensioning slitting of breathable film, plastic film such as PE, TPU, BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, BOPS, PP, PVC, various composite film and metallic film.
Performance characteristics
● Winding by precise air puffing-slip axis, automatic control of tension and contact rolls pressure(adjusted by proportioner).
● Traction: Constant line speed control.
● Unwinding automatically, electric and pneumatic clamping by high precision and heavy chuck, it equipped with a lifting function.
● Edge recycling mode:closed loop tension control flat edge winding system and edge blowing system.
● All rollers are active roll eliminating the effect of roller resistance on the tension.
● LPC & EPC (follow-up with the line), CCD camera static automatic correction system.
● Film connection platform: pneumatic, equipped for receiving film.
● Slitting mode:Flat knife suspension and pneumatic pressing circular knife
● Paper tube alignment device Line laser.
● Meter-counting, automatic stop by setting the length alarm and automatic stop for shortage of unwinding film materials.
