Main configuration characteristics

Use: use for recycling ear material of extruder with above 45mm screw.

Function: crush and immediately recycle at 100% specifying for small-scale extruder or more wider PP, PE, HLPE, LOPE,shrinkage film, PE plastic wrap and other thin films, ear materials of foaming cloth.

Processing function: the ear material with thickness of 0.01-0.08mm and width of low 30mm.

These series products adopt tungsten steel to crush materials. Normally, the operation life is longer 10 times than general crushing; the working life is about 400 work days, and it needs replacing grind for usage.
